Office Clearance
Every office needs a little streamlining from time to time. So if you're feeling overwhelmed by too much furniture, electrical goods or general rubbish, we'll help you get free of it. Our team will come and take away your unwanted items at a specified time, leaving you to relax and enjoy the extra space. And as well as offices, we can breathe new life into shops, bars, homes, communal areas and outside spaces too.
Confidential Waste
As fraudsters become ever more sophisticated, disposing of confidential waste is something every organisation should take seriously. We can arrange for your paperwork to be collected and destroyed, on or off site, either as a regular shredding contract or a one off clearance. We'll also provide you with a Certificate of Destruction, so you can maintain transparent audit trails.
Squatter Evictions
A building that has housed illegal occupants can also be hazardous for the public and your staff, who could be injured by discarded needles and debris or contaminated by faeces and urine. After completing a detailed risk assessment, we'll carry out a full decontamination process and ensure that all debris, hazardous or not, is removed in line with current legislation.
WEEE & Hazardous Waste
As WEEE waste is regulated by law, you can't dispose of it without specialist support. We are fully licensed to take away your unwanted electrical items, from domestic kitchen appliances to office photocopiers and printers.
Our teams will take them to a designated materials recovery facility and, wherever possible, recycle them. We can also help you dispose of more hazardous waste, such as fridges, freezers, batteries, fluorescent tubes, tyres and gas bottles. We'll provide you with containers for your batteries and fluorescent tubes to ensure that they are stored safely prior to being taken away. Fridges and freezers will be taken to a dedicated recycling station, where any dangerous elements can be dealt with safely.
Anything that remains will be recycled or removed in the correct way. We also offer a recycling service for used ink cartridges, which makes a small but important contribution towards safeguarding the environment.
